Alfred Chan (Accounting, Finance, Strategy)
Alfred is Executive Director of Imperial Consulting, Singapore. He has been in management consulting for over 20 years, with Arthur D. Little, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Arthur Andersen and KPMG, in the last two firms as a Partner and a Director respectively. Prior to management consulting, he was in investment banking with JP Morgan and DBS Bank. Alfred has an MBA (Finance Major) from Columbia Business School in New York and a BE (Hons) in electrical engineering from the University of Melbourne, earned under a Colombo Plan Scholarship.
Spencer Chan (Marketing)
Spencer is a consultant who brings with him deep and extensive management experience gained from a wide range of industries and geographies (USA, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He has held management positions at Hewlett-Packard Geneva, been a marketing manager at Procter & Gambke (with assignmentin the Far East, Central America and the Caribbean), and alson been marketing director of Citibank Global Consumer Banking in Singapore.
Spencer has also served both as Chairman and Independent Director on the boards of a number of public companies listed on the SGX and ASX. Spencer has a Master Degree in business from Purdue University earned under a Rotary International Foundation Fellowship and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Australia, earned under a Colombo Plan Scholarship.
Jean Francois Jadin (Management)
Jean-Francois’ expertise in coaching, facilitation and assessment has been built over a 20-year career in key leadership roles, including a regional CEO position with the American Management Association global network. He has designed, developed and implemented numerous talent assessment and development solutions for both multi-national corporations such as Pfizer, Citibank and Shell or organizations such as Singapore Airlines and Axiata.
He focuses on offering management and leadership development solutions to multi-national corporations, large local companies as well as governments and government related entities, typically at middle and senior management levels.
Jean-Francois holds a B.Sc. (Hon’s) and a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Namur, Belgium. He has been an American Management Association faculty member, as well as a CELEMI certified facilitator since 2003, and became a Chally certified talent analyst in 2009. He is a credentialed coach by the International Coach Federation.
