Imperial Consulting’s faculty members for its AMA training programs are experts in their respective fields. We are able to leverage on the expertise of these faculty members to provide value-added consulting services to our clients. These consulting services can be integrated with the training programs we provide to clients or they can be stand-alone assignments. Typical consulting assignments would include the following:

• Facilitation of strategic planning, change management and organizational alignment exercises

• Feasibility analysis of investment projects
• Valuation of businesses for acquisition or divestment
• Design of performance management (including balanced scorecard) systems
• Design of financial and HR management systems
