A 3-day program designed to create greater awareness about what participants want to communicate and how they will choose to be different in order to communicate effectively and powerfully enough to inspire others to take committed action. Like the ‘Leadership in Practice’ module, this module will contain the context for giving and receiving honest feedback.

• Authenticity – truthfulness of origins, attributions, commitments, sincerity, devotion, and intentions. Authenticity impacts how leaders are listened to, which impacts their effectiveness. It’s about who they are as a leader.
  
• Feedback – Leaders must be able to give and receive honest and direct feedback in an effective manner. Learning to do this well can impact the production of desired results.
  
• Understanding your values as a leader and your leadership stand
  
• Influencing strategies and how to manage a conversation to manage activities
  
• Learn ways of relating that help to increase the likelihood of reaching more effective solutions to problems, which includes the importance of and support for differing.
